The job market is constantly evolving, and higher education institutions face the challenge of preparing students for new professional and social demands. Skills such as critical thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration, and adaptability have become essential in the 21st century.
This study aims to better understand how 21st century skills are developed during higher education and how they are perceived by students, graduates and labour market representatives.
